True North Launches First Property, Holm Wimbledon Park

True North has announced the opening of its debut flexible-living and hospitality property, Holm Wimbledon Park, in Southfields, London.

London, UK – True North Management (“True North”), a purpose-led real estate investment and management company, announces the opening of its debut flexible-living and hospitality property, Holm Wimbledon Park, in Southfields, London.

Holm Wimbledon Park features 86 studios and communal spaces designed to encourage both focused work and social interaction. The building, which once housed young women seeking education and employment in London, has been thoughtfully reimagined by the team into a community-driven flexible stay space. Their vision centres on carrying forward the building’s legacy of providing attainable spaces to the London community while placing a strong emphasis on ESG principles and its concept of “mindfulness.”

In line with its commitment to social value, conscious decisions were made throughout the transformation process, such as sourcing soft furnishings from Ukraine, thereby supporting Ukrainian businesses and communities. A large area of the outdoor space has been transformed into a wildflower meadow, and “bug hotels” have been installed to enhance the site’s biodiversity.

Customers can enjoy amenities such as indoor/outdoor lounges, chef’s kitchens, a private dining room, co-working spaces, a 0.5-acre communal garden, and a community events calendar. The property is conveniently located a short walk from Southfields Underground station, Wimbledon Park, and an array of shops and cafés, providing the perfect balance of city stays and natural beauty.

True North was founded in 2021 by Jill Ju, drawing on her many years of experience in the living and hospitality sector and her passion for creating attainable, high-quality spaces that enable mindfulness. Focused on creating attainable, high-quality, flexible spaces, True North has a pipeline to deliver 1,500 units in London over the next three years.

Jill Ju, CEO and Founder of True North Management, said: “Holm Wimbledon Park is the beginning of our mission to create attainable, sustainable, and quality spaces. Holm Wimbledon Park has been designed as a place for our customers to be delighted, be connected, and be themselves.

United by a shared passion for creating mindful spaces, we have assembled a team with extensive experience in the hospitality and living sector and a proven track record.

We have seen significant demand for high-quality, well-managed assets that are built for Londoners and visitors to London. We are currently working on additional sites that could create further flexible living homes.”
